I listen to myself and I take care of myself so that I can be best able to do my work in all areas of life. I am more focused: My list of daily priorities are simpler, smaller, shorter and slower.
I am more aligned: I align my head, heart and gut. Do I want to do this? Will I enjoy this? Is this worth the price for me and others?
I take action: my daily performance rating is my measure of effectiveness. Rarely do I have less than a powerful (100%) rating. I complete about 60 priorities a week.
